HOW TO GET OVER A HEARTBREAK
Love is sweet and it can be a very bitter experience at the same time..Love Is a mutual feeling shared between two individuals who are madly in love with themselves…When you are in love most people say is blind because you tend to do things you can’t believe you had do all in the name of love..Love is pain, sacrifice and you have to invest into it to be able to enjoy it.
There is something that turns love bitter and makes its pain excruciating and may leave it’s negative imprint for a long time if care is not taken and that’s heartbreak.
Different heartbreaks occur in a relationship at times it could be the man/woman you were in head over heels in love with never loved you for you and loved you for what you had and when that diminishes and the love turns to hate and they finally show their colors and say their goodbyes. While some men at times do everything they can to have an affair and next thing the feelings die off and that’s when you realize it was lust and not love but by then someone’s heart is already broken and there’s nothing that you can do about it but face reality and pick the pieces of your life..
Most times is good to be sure to differentiate between lust and love so you won’t end up having short time love for someone and end up making them believe in you and suddenly you break their hearts because lust diminishes while true love never dies.
To get over heartbreak
1.You must block the contact of the person who broke your heart and that is if you are very sure that your life has to go on and there is no feelings whatsoever for the person again..You have to cut all communications..
2.You have to stop going to memory lanes, that’s the places that bring back the memories you both shared together. Going back to places you have been to for any sort of reason can cause you pain or you may end up seeing your ex if you are avoiding them.
3.Delete the pictures you two had together if it brings tears and heartaches to you each time you see it unless you are sure it won’t have any negative impact on you.
4.Try changing your habits,make new plans,try to build a healthy life. You can start hitting the gym,do things that makes you happy ..Don’t do them because you want him or her to see you are better but also do it to improve you.
