Grandmother and father who ‘consumed infant alive’ captured

A grandmother and father have been captured for supposedly consuming an infant kid alive.

The couple was captured after local people found a half-consumed body of the infant in Tamil Nadu, India.

The body was found on the premises of a venue on September 9, as per Times of India.

Neighborhood police took the body to a clinic for an examination and it was uncovered the child was alive when he was determined to fire.

Sniffer canines in the examination drove cops to the entryway of a 22-year-elderly person named Sankaragomathi who had brought forth the kid.

Tenkasi area administrator of police G Suguna Singh addressed Times of India and stated: “She got pregnant because of an issue with a man called Shankar of the region and the two attempted to prematurely end the hatchling twice by taking tablets, however futile.

“She conveyed the child in the house around 2 am on Wednesday.”

As per specialists the grandmother, Indra had wrapped up the child in fabric and set him burning.

She has been accused of a demonstration finished with aim to forestall a kid being conceived, or cause it to pass on after birth.

Shankar, the supposed dad of the infant has been accused of abetment of an offense.

Presently, Sankaragomathi is being treated at a neighborhood government emergency clinic.
