#EndSARS: Governor Sanwo-Olu forces 24-hour check in time in Lagos

Lead representative Sanwo-Olu has forced a 24-hour check in time in Lagos state starting from 4pm today October 20.

He unveiled this on his online media handle.

”Dear Lagosians,

I have watched with stun how what started as a serene #EndSARS fight has declined into a beast that is compromising the prosperity of our general public. Lives and appendages have been lost as hoodlums and reprobates are presently stowing away under the umbrella of these fights to release disorder on our State.

As an administration that is alive to its obligation and has demonstrated a promise to the development #ENDSARS, we won’t watch and permit rebellion in our dear state.

I, in this manner, thus force a 24-hour check in time on all pieces of the State as from 4pm today, twentieth October,2020.Nobody, with the exception of basic specialist co-ops and people on call must be found in the city.

Mr Babajide Sanwo-Olu

Lead representative, Lagos State”

This comes after a few assaults on residents and security operators by criminals since yesterday October 19.
