Criminals of jobless alumni request extra N10 million after family paid undisclosed whole


Obscure shooters who captured a jobless alumni in Calabar, Cross River State capital have requested extra N10 million payment for his delivery.

It was accumulated that the person in question, Charles Tommy, an alum of Engineering move on from the Afe Babalola University, Ado Ekiti (ABUAD), Ekiti State, was stole on September, 1, at about 9:30pm along Goldie by Mount Zion, Calabar South Local Government Area.

Eleven days after, the family said they haven’t heard anything from the hijackers, regardless of paying a payment for his delivery.

The casualty’s more youthful sibling, Wonder Tommy, who affirmed the occurrence to a news gateway on Thursday, September 10, said that Charles is yet to find a new line of work since graduation. He said his sibling was abducted before their door and the kidappers are requesting extra N10 million after the family paid

“My senior sibling was hijacked directly before our door on Tuesday (first September) evening around 9:00-9:30pm. The hijackers got in contact with my father (who is a minister), exchanges started and they consented to a specific sum which we paid on Friday (September 11). Yet, they’ve wouldn’t release him,” he said.

“They are mentioning for extra N10million (N10,000,000). We don’t have such measure of cash. What’s more, the most alarming part is that, they wouldn’t let us talk with him. My sibling is a serene and calm person.” he included.

Then, ABUAD Alumni delivered an announcement on Thursday, requesting for the arrival of Charles.

“We approach all security organizations in Cross River State and past to discover Charles Tommy and bring the culprits of this offensive wrongdoing to book. We likewise approach good natured people to help us in any capacity they can in finding Charles Tommy. #ReleaseCharlesTommy
