3 Mistakes We Do When Preparing Noodles That Silently Kills.

Those Noodles we cook are made from flour, some noodles are made from wheat flour, mung bean flour, buckwheat flour, potato flour or rice flour.

According to research, 70% of people in Nigeria take Noodles amost every day, because noodle is one of the fastest and easiest meal to prepare when you are hungry. Eating noodles is not bad, but there are a lot of mistakes we do during the time of preparations, that contributes to the health problems we have, so today i will show you the 3 mistakes we make when preparing Noodles.

  1. According to research, most of usually forget to soak the noodle with hot water. The purpose of soaking the noodle in hot water, is to remove the white water chemical, even if you don’t want to boil for little minute before removing the water, atleast soak it with hot water, so those chemical and preservatives could come out. Those chemicals are not good in our body, so try to remove them the Same way you parboil your Rice.

most of us do put the whole seasoning sachets inside the noodle. for example, some people will cook 4 packs of noodle, and still put all the 4 seasoning sachets to make it sweet, it is not healthy at all.

Thirdly, we forget to add stuffs like fish, crayfish, vegetables into our noodles, all these helps in different ways to balance our body when we eat the noodles.
